Chocolate Avocado Mousse

1 avocado
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tbsp vegan cocoa powder

Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely smooth; about 1-2 minutes.
To make it even more delicious, add instant coffee, peanut butter or fresh berries.
Enjoy!

Blackberry Avocado Mousse

1 avocado
2 tbsp cup agave syrup
ΒΌ cup blackberries

Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely smooth; about 1-2 minutes.
To make it even more delicious, add shredded coconut, chai spice or crushed pistachios
Enjoy!

Lime Avocado Mousse

1 avocado
2 tbsp cup agave syrup
1 lime, juiced and zested

Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until completely smooth; about 1-2 minutes.
To make it even more delicious, add berries, vanilla extract or shredded coconut.
Enjoy!
