Bodybuilding Recipes | Fat-Free Breakfast Dessert Pie

Easy to make, fat-free, macro-friendly, low-calorie breakfast pie!

Recipe: (Makes 1x 9″ breakfast pie)
Ingredients:
120g Flour
1 cup Skim milk
1/4 cup Stevia or Splenda
1/4 cup Unsweetened apple sauce
2 tsp Baking Powder

Filling: (Can be any combination of foods you want)
150g Strawberries
20g Semi-Sweet chocolate chips

Method:
Mix all ingredients & pour into non-stick pan (coated with Pam).
Mix “filling” ingredients into pie batter.
Cook @ 420 for 10 Minutes or until golden brown.
Top with anything & everything.
