3 cloves sliced garlic

Alternate Kale Salad
1 lb kale
3 tb soy sauce
2 ts sesame oil
1 ts rice vinegar
1 ts minced garlic
2 tb brown sugar
garnish with toasted sesame seeds/nuts
Chocolate peanut butter cookies
1 c chocolate peanut butter spread
1 egg
1 c flour
