Healthy Chocolate Fruit Pizza | Mother’s Day Dessert Recipe

A delicious and healthy Chocolate Fruit Pizza dessert recipe perfect for Mother’s Day this Sunday! The base is gluten free and is made with almonds, dates, coconut oil and cocoa powder. It’s then topped with a mixture of cream cheese and greek yogurt and flavoured with orange and vanilla. Easy to make and so tasty!

Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup / 150g whole almonds
15 whole dates (with stones removed)
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Filling:
4oz / 110g cream cheese
3oz / 80g greek yogurt
1/2 tsp orange juice
1/4 tsp orange zest
1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Fruit topping:
Strawberries, Kiwi, Clementines, Berries or any fruit or your choice, all chopped.
