1 lb 5 oz of Mango Meat
4 1/2 tsp of Agar Agar Powder
1 cup of Orange Juice made
with 2 medium sized oranges
1/4 tsp of Salt
2 1/2 cup of Water
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of Lime Juice
For Coconut Topping
2 1/4 tsp of Agar Agar Powder
1 1/4 cup of Water
1/4 tsp of Salt
1/2 cup + 2tbsp of sugar
1 can of 13.5 oz Coconut Milk
