My Healthy and Easy Chia Pudding Recipe!
You can eat delicious sweets and still be healthy and stay in shape!
This is a perfect snack for summer or a Low Carb Breakfast with over 35g of Protein!
This is the flavor I use- by far my favorite and the most natural!

This is all you need:
– 3tbsp of Chia Seeds
– half a small cup of oatmeal (40g)
– 1 scoop of Protein Powder!
– 1 cup of Milk
– Coconut Flakes
– 1 Banana
– Blueberries
– Cocoa Powder/ Cinnamon on top
