Learn how to make rava kesari recipe or kesari bath recipe. This is one of the popular dessert from south India and it’s served in temples. This is also known as sooji or suji ka halwa in north India. The process of making rava kesari is same as sooji ka halwa, the only difference is that we add kesar or saffron in kesari bath. Also to get the orange colour, food colour is added but it’s optional.
