Recipe Share | Pink Lady Salad | A Fantastic WW Low Smart Point Snack or Dessert!

Hi there, Here is a quick recipe share video for Pink Lady Salad. This is a fantastic and easy snack or dessert recipe. We love this recipe because you can change up the flavor of the jello and fruit and have a different tasting recipe each time that you make it. It is also a great low point Weight Watchers Smart Point food. Hope you enjoy! – Shelly

Pink Lady Salad:
1 – 3oz box of any flavored jello (I used cherry)
1 – 16oz container of Cottage Cheese
1 – can of fruit, drained (I used a 20oz can of Pineapple Chunks)
1 – 8oz container of Cool Whip

In a medium sized mixing or tupperware bowl, mix the jello with your cottage cheese until well combined. Drain the canned fruit and then stir into the jello/cottage cheese mixture. Once combined, add in the cool whip and stir to combine. I like to let this chill in the fridge for up to 2 hours before serving. Also, keep this stored in the refrigerator covered. Hope you enjoy!

For the ingredients that I used, I calculated 3 sp per cup.

Another variation that I love is using the Cheesecake Sugar Free Jello pudding mix, one bag of frozen strawberries (thawed), cool whip and cottage cheese. Add on crushed graham cracker! Tastes just like a strawberry cheesecake!
