Tender Coconut Pudding
INGREDIENTS
China Grass (Agar-Agar) – 10 Gms
Tender Coconut Water – 1 Cup
Tender Coconut Pulp – As in the Coconut
Condensed Milk – 1/2 Tsp
Cooking Chocolate Grated
Almonds or Any other Nuts – For Decoration

METHOD
1. Soak cut China Grass using half cup of warm water for few minutes. Grind it in a mixie.
2. Cut tender coconut pulp finely. Mix with tender coconut water, condensed milk and keep it in a bowl.
3. Heat 1 cup of water, when it starts boiling, add ground paste of China Grass. Stir constantly and cook till it turns transparent.
4. Pour over coconut pulp, mix well and transfer to a glass dish.
5. Pudding sets in few minutes. Can keep in refrigerator.
6. Decorate with grated chocolate or melted chocolate and nuts.
